At BBH, we understand that schedules and needs can change, which is why our memberships are designed to be flexible. If you decide to cancel, we simply require at least 14 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. This allows us to adjust your pre-scheduled appointments and membership benefits smoothly.
If notice is given less than 14 days before billing, your membership will remain active for one final billing cycle, and cancellation will take effect afterward. Memberships are non-transferable, and all included services, perks, and discounts must be used within the active membership period — they cannot be rolled over, saved for later, or redeemed for cash value.
