To enhance your experience, we encourage you to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We offer complimentary beverages, and arriving early gives you a few moments to unwind and settle in before we begin.

The duration of your visit depends on your hair goals and the services needed to achieve them. I work efficiently and never double-book, so my full focus is always on you. While I never rush the process, I do respect your time. If you have any time constraints, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can plan accordingly.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! We understand your appointment may be between meetings, workouts, or other plans, so come as you are. We provide robes for all guests and recommend either wearing one over your clothing or changing out of tops with hoods, collars, or delicate fabrics. While we take every precaution to protect your clothing, we do not accept liability for any damage that may occur during your visit.

Gratuity is not included in service pricing. If you feel your experience was exceptional and wish to leave a tip, your kindness is always appreciated.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and I value both your time and mine. To provide the best experience possible and accommodate all clients fairly, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered missed appointments and charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy allows me to manage my schedule effectively and ensures I can continue offering the highest level of care to every guest.

Yes! I want you to love your hair as much as I love creating it. I offer a 72-hour adjustment period for any minor tweaks after your appointment. If something feels off, please reach out within 72 hours and I’ll schedule a quick adjustment. Adjustments are limited to the scope of your original appointment but do include styling to ensure accuracy.
If I don’t hear from you within 72 hours, I won’t be able to honor this policy. Adjustments are rare, but I encourage open communication — I’d always rather perfect your hair than have you feeling less than confident.
