Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments — failure to arrive or contact me within that timeframe will result in a no-show, and a 100% fee will be charged for the scheduled service.
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. All appointments are nonrefundable, but if you're ever unsatisfied, please reach out within 72 hours — I’m happy to schedule a consultation and a complimentary adjustment in alignment with the original service.
