Cancelation Policy

Your appointment is a special time reserved just for you, and I truly want every moment to feel effortless and enjoyable. To help me honor this, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows me to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Thank you so much for your understanding and for respecting the care and attention that goes into creating your personalized experience.

No-Show Policy

I truly value the time we set aside just for you, and I strive to create a relaxed, seamless experience for everyone who sits in my chair. When an appointment is missed without notice, it impacts not only my schedule but also other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

If you don’t arrive or get in touch within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Life happens, and if you’re running late or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Open communication helps me maintain a smooth and thoughtful experience for all my clients — including you! Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

No Refunds Policy

To maintain the highest standard of care and personalized attention in every service, all sales and appointments are considered final. Due to the bespoke nature of my work and the time reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not offered.

If you have any concerns or questions about your results, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to address any adjustments with care and professionalism. Complimentary adjustments will be offered in alignment with the original service performed.

Card On File Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless booking experience, a valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. This policy helps me protect the time set aside just for you and allows for a more secure and consistent scheduling process.

Please know your card will only be charged in accordance with my cancellation and no-show policies, and all payment information is safely encrypted and securely stored through my booking system. Your trust means the world to me, and I take your privacy seriously.
